I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room I got was a little musty, on the lowest floor and hidden around the corner with little to see, but it had everything I asked for, including the two extra pillows I requested and a small balcony with a sea view on the quiet side of the hotel. The service was really nice, particularly in the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was superb, with views of the citadel and the sea, and within easy walking distance of the town. The dining experience consisted of a good variety buffet, and the facilities were top-notch.

The room on the basement level with a view on the terrace and hotel in front of us was not ideal, but it had everything I asked for, including a sea view balcony and extra pillows.
